Busy women ADHD support

You’re feeling overwhelmed, juggling all the things, while adjusting to an ADHD diagnosis.

You know you need help, but the thought of scheduling weekly coaching sessions into your already packed diary brings you to tears.

I’ve got your back! Take a look at my low time commitment support options.

Being a woman can be tough enough, without throwing ADHD into the mix.

Despite how far we’ve come, somehow the never-ending life and house admin still lands on our shoulders. This can reach peak overwhelm when we’re trying to keep on top of a mix of career, childcare, caring for aging parents, cooking, cleaning, keeping fit and trying to carve out time for ourselves.

Left unchecked, this overwhelm can lead to:

  • Forgetting important tasks and appointments

  • Struggling to stay emotionally regulated

  • Feeling stuck in a cycle of wanting to do everything but getting started on nothing

  • Complete burnout

I know this because I’ve been there. ADHD burnout hit me hard as a new mother, but it wasn’t until two years later that I finally got my ADHD diagnosis, so at the time I thought I was having a nervous breakdown. If I’d known what was happening earlier, I would’ve approached everything a lot differently.

You don’t need to struggle alone. I’m here to help you take control of the overwhelm before it controls you.

If regular coaching sessions are too much for you at the moment, take a look at some more flexible options that I offer…

  • One-off coaching session (£149)

Your mind is too jumbled with all the things to need to do for EVERYONE ELSE that you don't have space to figure out what you need to do FOR YOU!

You're not ready to commit to regular coaching sessions, but know you need some help shaping a plan to reduce your overhwhelm.

With the right support, us ADHDers can get a lot done in an hour.

  • On-demand text support (£55)

You know that when you're got someone holding you accountable to your plan you'll smash every goal out of the park! What you need is that regular prompt to keep you on track and to celebrate your achievements as you reach your milestones.

Or maybe what you need is some in the moment brainstorming when you're hit with a new ADHD challenge. Not everything can wait a week to be discussed in a coaching session.

Your can message me as many times as you like for 30 days and you will receive a same day response for every message sent before 7pm (Monday to Friday).

  • Coaching + text support (£185)

Why not book a one-off coaching session to identify your biggest challenges and help you set realistic goals.

Then follow this up with 30 days of on-demand text support to keep you on track.

Booking the two together as a package works out a little cheaper than buying coaching and text support separately.

“…we all need a Nicola in our lives.”

 FAQs

  • You can send your first message as soon as you're made payment. Your 30 days will start from when you pay, so make the most of it (probably best to wait until you're ready to get in touch before you pay, so that you get the full 30 days).

You'll receive a confirmation email with my business number attached and a prompt to message me.

  • When combining coaching with the text support your 30 days will start after your coaching session. This allows for optimum support following our hour together.

  • I'd recommend messaging me through WhatsApp, as I keep a regular eye on that through the day. If you don't use WhatsApp then other options would be Telegram, standard text message, or even email if you'd prefer not to share your phone number.

  • Anything related to ADHD and how it’s impacting your life—whether it’s a strategy we discussed, a new problem that’s come up, or just checking in for support when things feel overwhelming.

  • I can't give an exact time frame, as it's dependent on what I have in the diary that day. However, any message received before 7pm will be responded to the same day (if sent Monday to Friday).

If a message is sent on a weekend then I'll respond on the Monday morning (weekends are my family time).

  • Us ADHDers are notoriously bad at cancelling subscriptions to things and can end up wasting a lot of money. I wouldn't feel right taking a rolling monthly payment for this reason. However you're welcome to book another 30 days whenever you like :-)
