Hey here, fellow busy-brainer…
Definition: a person with a wonderful and unique brain that happens to diverge from society’s “norms”, meaning they have to work harder to complete daily tasks and reach their goals.
One-to one coaching with me, gives you space to learn about your unique brain and discover strategies that will help you overcome the challenges you face living in a largely neurotypical world.
There are three packages below, designed to give you an idea of the areas I can help you with, but our time together can be fully tailored to your individual needs. I recommend booking a free 30 minute call with me to discuss what you’d like to get from coaching, before you commit your hard-earned money.
Understanding & working with your brain
If you've recently been diagnosed with ADHD (or strongly suspect you have it) you might be thinking, "what now?”
Well, now that you know your brain is set up differently, you can start to work with it and not against it!
Coaching that's tailored to your unique ADHD brain can help you to navigate the world around you using strategies that won't lead to burnout.
Over 12 sessions, we’ll discover your strengths and saboteurs, uncover your motivation type, learn strategies to help you tame your RSD, and identify manageable goals that will help you to start building the life you want!
Make it happen!
ADHD brains are bursting with ideas, but we don’t find it very easy to execute these with our interest-based nervous systems. After all, the fun is rarely found in the details.
I can help you to define an ADHD-friendly, SMART goal (Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Realistic, Timebound) and then support you to put the right steps in place to succeed.
This can be booked as 4, 8, or 12 sessions, depending on your needs. Following our intro call I’ll recommend how many I think we’ll need, but the final decision will obviously be down to you.
Find balance
Do you need some help navigating personal changes alongside work?
Maybe you're a new parent, or experiencing changes in your health, or perhaps adapting to new caring responsibilities. These can be challenging for anyone, but with an ADHD brain it can all feel so much more overwhelming.
With a young daughter, a new business, aging parents needing my support and on my way into perimenopause, I've had to develop strategies to help my ADHD brain cope.
Over 4, 8, or 12 sessions (dependent on your needs), I'll help you discover your own strategies for thriving when it feels like you're sinking in quicksand!
You can use your Access to Work grant to pay for any of these packages.
