Achieving your goals
4-week programme
Do you have a goal you want to achieve, but just don't know how to get there? This ADHD-friendly, 1:1 programme will support you to put the right steps in place to succeed.
Whether you’re at the start of your career, looking to change direction, or wondering why you keep being passed over for promotion, let’s get you to where you want to be!
Finding balance
4-week programme
Do you need some help navigating personal changes alongside work? Maybe you're a new parent, or experiencing menopause, or perhaps adapting to new caring responsibilities. These can be challenging for anyone, but with an ADHD brain it can all feel so much more overwhelming.
With a young daughter, a new business, aging parents needing my support and on my way into perimenopause, I've had to develop strategies to help my ADHD brain cope. I'd love to help you discover your own strategies for thriving when it feels like you're sinking in quicksand!
What you can expect from me is an impartial ear, skilled questioning technique, relevant exercises, and my full support in helping you achieve your goals.

FAQs
I haven't been diagnosed yet. What support can I get?
You don't need a diagnosis to receive ADHD coaching. In fact, in some ways I think it's actually more important to get coaching if you're undiagnosed, as you won't be receiving support from your doctor. You can also apply for Access to Work funding without a diagnosis.
Can I just book a couple of sessions and see how it goes?
I offer a free introductory call for you to get to know a bit more about the process and what it would be like to work with me. After that I ask that you commit to a full programme, to ensure you get the best results. As an ADHDer I know how easy it is to move onto the next thing after a couple of weeks if I've not committed any further than that.
What happens if I can't make a session?
Hey, life happens, right? Especially when you have ADHD and are prone to overwhelm. If you need to rearrange a session I ask for 24 hours notice and will rebook you where space allows (which may not be at your usual time/day). In certain circumstances I may allow you to rearrange with less than 24 hours notice, at my discretion.
