Creating more inclusive workplaces for my fellow busy-brainers!

Managing a neurodiverse team

This workshop can be held virtually or in person and will support managers to get the best from ALL of their team members.

The goal is not to single out your neurodivergent colleagues, but to learn how to balance their needs against the needs of the rest of the team, to keep things running smoothly.

If a manager has no prior experience of working with ADHDers they may be unsure how to achieve this, so by attending this workshop you’re setting them up to succeed.

Creating a neuroinclusive coaching culture

Did you know that neurodivergent colleagues will respond differently to the standard coaching offered in the workplace?

If you provide your employees with coaches to help them progress in the business, or to support them through performance challenges, make sure you’re choosing the right type of coach for them. You’ll see a big difference in their engagement, motivation and achievement!

This applies across your business as well, where you encourage managers to lead with a coaching style.

Designing neuroinclusive learning

If your neurodivergent colleagues are experiencing the world in different ways, it stands to reason that how they learn will be similarly nuanced.

I’ve created learning in many formats, across a range of subjects and industries. The one thing each module has had in common is the learner centred approach I take and the high level of engagement.

This workshop shares the principles I follow and how to use them effectively in today’s fast moving workplaces.
